Consent to the use of personal data for advertising purposes in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

By accepting this declaration, I give Lošinjska Plovidba Turizam d.o.o. my consent to collect my personal data – telephone number and email address (hereinafter: personal data) and to process it so that I can be informed about advertising purposes (special offers, discounts, news, loyalty card …) via the telephone number and email address.

This personal data may only be used for the stated purposes. The controller for the personal data is Lošinjska Plovidba Turizam d.o.o., Lošinjskih brodograditelja 47, Mali Lošinj, Croatia. The processor takes all technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. The processor stores my personal data until this consent is revoked. I give this consent voluntarily and confirm by accepting it that I am aware that I can withdraw it at any time without suffering any disadvantages. I am also aware that, under the GDPR and under certain conditions, I may exercise my right to obtain confirmation of processing, to access, correct or amend my personal data, to object to further or excessive processing, to block unlawful processing, to request erasure of my personal data and to receive a copy of the personal data for transfer to another processor.

I hereby confirm that I have been informed by the processor that I can obtain all other information relevant to the processing of my personal data on request at the email address privacy@losinia.hr. You can revoke consent at the same address. A complaint may be filed and consent revoked at any time against the processing of personal data for these purposes. By accepting this declaration and providing your personal data, you confirm that you have read and understood the declaration and that you allow Lošinjska Plovidba Turizam d.o.o. as processor to process and use your personal data for market research purposes and for sending information, offers and advertising material.

You hereby expressly declare that you are over 18 years of age and legally capable of consenting to the processing of personal data as specified in this declaration.
